Since I wasn't expecting a sequal at all to this fantastic game, I'm just about over the moon that it exist, the small twinge of disappointment is smashed by overwhelming joy.

Well said!

And by-god if they made a 2, a 3 and atleast ONE spon off will make it to PS3, hopfully exclusive, Valkyria belongs to PlayStation IMO, and should not step ground on 360, Wii or DS.

If all of the above happens, which it has a good chance of since MS shunned the original Valkyria, then im one happy VC fan. :D

Why?  Statements like that just make you sound like a fanboy.

In reality people who are fans of the game should want games to go to the systems where they will do the best.  That way they flourish and you see more games from that producer and more games from that series.

pfft, yeah im a fanboy, of Valkyria Chronicles.

I think of VC as 360 fans think of Gears of War or Nintendo Fans think of Zelda.

Hows that bad? I began playing VC on PlayStation and thats where i want it to stay, but if it continues the series as a big franchise for that sake (meainging MANY spin-offs and numberd to atleast 4 or 5) then i wouldn't mind since it would mean more money for Sega and more VC for Us the gamers.

But at this rate, PlayStation only, 360 has LO, Wii has Tale of Symp, and PS3 has Valkyria, (Theres alot more but these are the exclusives alot of people talk about so no need to mention the others.) get my drift?

Yes.  If sony loses VC it won't have an exlcuisve (S)RPG you can brag about.

You're showing prefrence to a brand over a game.  You are valueing the brand over the games.

Which is bad.  Because you are giving prefrence to something with no inherent value (a brand) to something that does have value (A series of games.)

Furthermore... Tales of Vesperia is on the PS3 and 360.... and is in the same series as the other Tales game.

Brands are valueless and companys are all the same.  Having attachments to them is silly.

I am sory but all i have to say is bull crap just because you have had as many posts as soriku does not make your point moe valid then anyonme elses.

Playstation to some people is the b all and end all. you cant argue on ompinion so to be honest ypu shpuld keep your hands away from the keyboard.

Defo when you are going on with so much stupidness

What is Playstation?  It's nothing but a name.  If it's the B all end all to you.... well great.  Your B all end all is nothing but a name.

I mean, you don't believe it's silly that if the Playstation were the 360 and vice versa that suddenly they would suddenly hate the Microsoft blu-ray machine.  While liking the Playstation machine despite it's early problems with breaking?

I find that quite silly.

I am just saying some people like to stick to certain brands. Like me for instance i only buy Sony ericsson's because i like them phones. I prefer Playstation consoles but will get others also. For certain products i stick with a certain brand. And i am sure i am not the only one

Your not.  It's why brand management is huge and everyone wants to be a "Lifestyle brand".

Hell there are expierments that will tell you exactly how much your brand name is worth when labeling a product.  How much more expensive "Nascar Beef Jerky" can be then regular Beef Jerky for example.

Truth is though... these names mean nothing.  They hold value to people but it's a value that has no real basis in reality.

I don't think I'll ever play an RPG on a handheld (I pretty much don't play handhelds at all) so this is bad news for me.

Why ? RPGs and sRPGs are perfect titles for handheld since most important part is story and battle mechanics and they don't require uber graphics of HD console to be enjoyable (through of course good graphics are never disadvantage :) )

I agree. I enjoy FF :Tactics a lot on PSP and am surely going to get this one.
