In theory it is...   Go to an industry terrain where their are a lot of mixes during the break and you will see all the people in groups. Africans together, Mexicans together.....  People like to be persons who have the same history/skin colour/interest will always be like that.

The dominant part of the white LA population comes from West and North LA. Baton Rouge and New Orleans both have more black people than white people.

You said Louisiana the state, not New Orleans or Baton Rouge.  I thought that needed correcting.

I said that because I live in Baton Rouge, and I suppose when I saw the statistic I thought they were talking about the entire state. My mistake.

Game is set in NOLA though, so it'd be wrong to not have black zombies.

Some do some don't.

Some Creoles are technically all white... I think.  Some are techinically all black... etc.  It's complicated.

I'd have to consult wikipedia or something for more info.  So i'd just refer you there.
