Apparently there's a character in Dragon Quest IX named Sandy, whose character design is heavily influenced by the Japanese Ganguro lifestyle (think Valley Girl crossed with Princess). One player of DQIX found her so annoying, that he developed an admittedly bare-bones flash game based around just smacking her around while she says annoying, Ganguro phrases.
It's all in Japanese, so it doesn't make much sense, but its also, despite being in flash, styled in ASCII, which makes it sort of awesome.
