I agree, but...

HIddink is the best manager, not because he is hyped, but because he gets results out of teams that other managers can't.

hmm, whilst i rate Hiddink as a boss, you need to remember that when SAF took charge of United, we werent a title winning team, he turned us into that, and brough through some of the best players, not to mention he has taken gambles that paid off superbly before, Cantona for one.

He's a brilliant manager, no doubt about that.

I have a feeling that Ashley Young will be off as well soon, Martin O'Neill has said he would let him go for £30m, which seeing as Real Madrid have already offered that for him before I see a far few clubs being interested. Especially Tottenham right now. I have a feeling Carew and few others are on there way out too.

Also, what last season showed us is that our squad is too small. We lost one player and our season went to shit. Now that we've lost Barry and Laursen we have to scramble to get new players. Sure we've just signed Downing from Middlesbrough but he wont be available until October. If we don't get five more players I expect this season to be like the end of last season.

That said i do think Martin O'Neill is a very good manager with the long term in mind. The players love the club too, which is very rare nowadays.
