I took a big plunge and added it as news. If anyone who knows a bit more Japanese than me (it took me 10 minutes to figure out the reading of the Kanji) can add something, it'll be greatly appreciated

Two years after the wars with East Europan Imperial Alliance.

Civil war breakouts in the south east of Gallia.

Thanks! I'll credit you too. Can you check if I got the title right?

So, that means 2 years after the first game?

no need to give me credit, i've just updated a little bit more, please covert them into "official reporter language"

yes, two years after the first game.

Two years after the wars with East Europan Imperial Alliance.

Civil war breakouts in the south east of Gallia.

Gallian military tries to quell the rebels but fails (of course).

The students have to stand up the fight for their country.....

edit: you got the title right.

Too late, I already credited you

And thanks, I added that too

NOOOOOOOOOO

I don't have a PSP T_T

noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo. I demand that the release this for the PS3.  I refuse to buy a handheld console.

no No NO NO NO NO NO NO NO!1!!1

You might as well have shown an article saying that it was going exclusive to Wii or 360. This is such bad news for me on a personal gaming level that it has ruined my day.

I'm not a buy every console that's around person. I bought PS3 in large measure because of VC, quite reasonably assuming that VC2 (& 3) would also be on PS3 (exclusive or mulitplat I don't care). My entertainment budget does not stretch to buying another gaming system just for this, besides which I don't like handhelds in general.

Bring it to the PSP audience by all means, but please keep it on PS3 as well.

I like it so far.

Are we sure this is after the game or is it after EWI?

Why in the world would you assume VC was getting a sequel?!

PSP Games sell incredibly well in Japan. Any game that's half decent is almost 100% 100k sales and that's not bad. I suspect this will do at least 200-300k in japan, and maybe push the sales of the PS3 game up a bit too. This is a fantastic move by Sega, don't you people see what they are doing? First PS3, then an anime, and now the PSP game? Sega is trying to create a big franchise, and I think if they keep opening up more doors for more people to experience this amazing game they will. Expect VC sales on the PS3 in japan to go up after they release the PSP version. This engine is timeless, they need not work on it in ANY way. due to its unique style the canvas engine will still be perfectly fine for PS3 games even late in the console life. I highly expect Sega to follow this up with a Story line sequel on the PS3 after the PSP is out there.

Come on now, use the resources we have here. Tons of PSP games sell under 100k. While the legs of PSP games have vastly improved, not every game is a hit.

To add to my previous post, this game OUTSOLD tales of Vesperia and Star Ocean 4 in japan so far, those are HUGE names in jrpgs, and they were bested by a brand new IP. Sega will surely push this game as hard as possible, along with the franchise. I suspect sony is putting their hand in it as well, and it will remain playstation platform exclusive.
