I've been keeping an eye on console sales for a month now and have noticed something odd. A few weeks ago, the chart from the main page indicated that playstation 3 sales were 22.86. And now it's gone down to 22.45.

Is there some kind of mistake? I know it may not be a big deal, but was wondering if anyone noticed this as well.

There were massive adjustments recently. The PS3 went down, the 360 up. It was about a 1 million overall swing.

So are you saying that playstation sales were never up to 22.86?

^ That's correct, this isn't the first time and I doubt it will be the last, when new info comes in, more reliable info, the numbers are changed.

I don't know about you, I find that pretty suspicious. Xbox 360 sales up, playstation 3 sales down.

no, I don't find it suspicious. This website and the numbers are not biased toward any one console, but your opinion may be. These adjustments happen, as Zenfoldor said, every once in a while due to new information received.

lol, the site isn't biased. When it is adjusted, it just means more reliable info has been found on console sales.

I do not like seeing these downward sales adjustments in regards to PS3 sales. I get really angry.

Anyway PS3 sales will soon pick up and overtake the 360 come Xmas sales period for 2009. Just ya all wait and see.
