According to ND in E3, Uncharted sold over 2.6 mil units around the world, and it was also a title with little to no hype on a console with a very small user base.
A lot of reviews also stated that pepole should rent the game rather then buy it, that may have effected sells as well.
The game was also heavily bundled, and that may have helped it sells buy a lot.

So who knows how much the game will sell now, when it has a LOT more hype, multi (reason to buy new rather then buy used/rent), a much larger fanbase but no bundles?

It can range anywhere between 2 mil lifetime sells to 5 mil.
