I think it should be silver at least, but whatever. I got it, along with the Platinum.

Technically Rockhound is a Platinum trophy, because you can't get the Platinum without it. If you are still missing 60 shards, then it doesn't seem like you have suffered enough. Try searching all 3 districts for the final two shards for 5 hours. If you are going to play through the game again, I would recommend starting over with your shard collection. The most important thing you can do is keep a count of your shards by district (Total shard count: 147 Neon, 68 Historic, 135 Warren). That way you will know which district still has shards. Also, in the Historic district, there are 2 buildings that the shard will only show if you climb the building (same thing with the prison in the Warren). Also, there is a shard on the broken Alden bridge accessible from the Historic side, and there is a shard on a broken pier in the Neon (both are hard to spot on the radar because they blend in with the water.
Thanks for the input, Jeff.
really it's not that hard, but this should help (link). pay special attention to the ones over water, the one at the top of the sky scraper at the blast site, and ones on the prison. the one on the water on the east side of the neon is far enough out that you can't ping for it while on land. The skyscraper and prison ones are high enough that they won't ping if you are on street level.

There are some shards that are difficult to find, for sure. Rock Hound could have been a gold, but it's fine as a bronze.

It was easy for me. When I finished the game I had 311...
After that I just divided each island on the map into sections then searched the sections using the minimap to remain in that section. THen I just check the next one... it was pretty simple. Don't forget to check all the peninsulas on the map aswell. They can be considered sections to.

| Soriku said: I played a demo of this at Walmart, it's actually pretty good. The powers are pretty cool and so is killing everyone :P Only complaint is the basic death animations (mainly for civilians though) and the animations for when people are scared of you is basic as well. Otherwise it was good. Too bad the TV I played it on sucked, made the graphics look like a Wii game but blurred/edgy. Didn't know the graphics could look that bad on a TV of that kind. Would've liked to play it on an HDTV. |
Wtf Rik?! you played a NON_JRPG? >_>
Glad ya semi-enjoyed it though, as a main-stream jrpg gamer that has to say something about inFamous.
And AWESOME d00d, still got 50 more to go here... shyte...-_-

Silver at least. It wasn't really THAT bad, I wasn't stuck for hours looking for them. I got all 350 without too much trouble.
