If I ever get one it'd be for the Joker exclusives in Arkham Asylum.

I got KZ2,Valkyria Chronicles, MGS4, and Uncharted right away.

Thus validating my suggestion that perhaps Europeans in general don't buy tons of software when they purchase a console, and the PS3 being a European-heavy console, suffers from it the most.

The point isn't that PS3 exclusives flop, instead it is that the top PS3 exclsuives aren't definitive must pruchase titles for the console, like Halo 3 seems to be for the Xbox 360 according to sales.

GT5 might be this game. It certainly isn't any game that has been released so far. You are missing the entire point of this thread and my post, in your attempts to marginalize my assertion which is obviously correct, and which no one, including yourself, has refuted.

I think I agree with them.

I think that reason for software gap between america and Europe is that Europe is still tracked pretty poorly compared to america. (obviously because it is hard to track so many countries)

Edit: First game I got with my PS3 was Heavenly Sword. Fantastic game that's also fantastically short.

Well personally I would go with great exclcusives like Killzone 2 and MGS4 (which are both bundled at Best Buy starting this weekend, aka the best bundle ever?) but it seems like people at work/people that i sell to at retail end up buying Call of Duty.

I bought my PS3 August last year. From a pawn shop for $275, but before I had bought it. I already owned Lair and Metal Gear Solid 4. After I bought the system I picked up Uncharted and Ridge Racer 7.
