It's no secret PS3 doesn't sell software like the 360. Perhaps some can't afford a game to go with the console? Perhaps Europeans don't like to buy games with their consoles. Or, perhaps, some PS3 owners are buying the console as a multimedia device, aka, updatable bluray player.
Who knows.
Maybe they are just buying it in preparation for GT5. PS3 sure doesn't sell a lot of exclusives, compared to its competition, current and historically. |

Thus validating my suggestion that perhaps Europeans in general don't buy tons of software when they purchase a console, and the PS3 being a European-heavy console, suffers from it the most.
