| Mendicate Bias said: Do NOT listen to what anyone is saying in this thread. There is a very efficient wat of making your 360 RROD that takes a few minutes. Three of my friends have done this and it works every time. I can give you the outline of what you have to do but since I have never done it the best thing you can do is to google the method and you should find it easily. Basically what you do is take off the hard-drive and you should see a plastic bit there. If you take off that plastic part there is a piece inside that you need to wiggle around while you turn your 360 on and off. By doing this you will short circuit your 360 and get the rrod. My friend did this when his graphics card went a few months ago. Keep in mind this is a basic outline of the method, to go farther in depth you need to google it. Also only do this if your sure the graphics card is about to go. I would recommend waiting untl after its died since you can still do it then any ways. |
I think if it does die i'll try your idea...sounds pretty simple, and not as hazardous as wrapping it in a towel (which would most likely end up in a fire) And the worst idea here is a toss up between putting it in the oven, and throwing it out a window from 2 stories ( i want rrod not a melted or broken to pieces 360 lol)
