Just phone the 360 support and tell them it's RRoDing or E74ing. When you call them, Don't call it the "Red Ring of Death", just play ignorant and say "It sometimes flashes red when i play a game for more then 20 mins" or "I get some kinda error message when i try to use it." In your case, since you are having graphics card errors, I'd go with the E74.
