Well Immigration has two sides to it, on one side it does sometimes help the economy and fills the places in the work sector

On the other side, Immigration especially with those immigrants that prefer not to assimilate without society (im not talking about total giving up your identity) are creating divisions and splits in the community which link to growing antagonism.

I think if immigrants (like me i immigrated to the UK in 2005) want to stay in the country they should respect its customs, laws and character and not try to attack everyone that tries to force them to some form of comformity. What annoys me with fellow immigrants, they are bitching practically about everything.

Yeah, so? Lower nativity is a part of modernization and also related to how quickly people in Western societies have become dependent on getting a high education, to have a career and stuff. But it also has to do with the fact that not as many people need to get kids just to support them when they get old, and not as many people simply dont want as many kids as in the past.

The US birth rates are still a lot higher than Japanese and for example Italian and German.
(2.05 children per woman in the US, compared to ~1.3 in JPN, GER and ITA.
And non-hispanic whites in the US get 1.8 children per woman, so it's not completely related to immigration)

UKIP are NOT a racist party by any means, but does no one else think they are a tad, ahem how shall I say this, soviet?

I don't like either BNP or UKIP, but I HATE the BNP, where as I merely dislike UKIP.

by the way, UKIP and the BNP arent the same, but both do have similar immigration policies, as in they would close the borders (although, i think UKIP only want to do this for a set time period)

basically, UKIP hate immigrants because they belive all the right wing propoganda that says there all evil, the BNP go much further and are essentialy just racist thugs.

There is a big difference from freezing immigration for a few years (UKIP)

I know they mentioned something about asaylum seekers choosing Britain despite there being many other safe countries to take refuge inbetween. But ive never known them to say that they hate immigrants.
