it helps an economy, but the immigrants often have no chance to get a good education. Where i live in Germany there are almost no immigrants from developing countries in the Gymnasium (hardest and better) but a lot more in the easier schools (=worse job perspective) This is mainly because of the social structure and not because of a lack of intelligence
