By late 2008 and 2009 the ps3 userbase will have the surpassed what the Wii will have next month, so yes.

First week FF XIII could beat out SMG. BUt lifetime no.

Im not saying much, because we hardly know anything about the game.

I am horrible about first week sales so I won't even go there.

So I will just restate my crazy prediction and then make a more moderate one as well.

CRAZY: SMG - 40m lifetime.

Moderate: SMG - 18m lifetime

I will be pretty surprised if SMG doesn't break 15m, I think some of you guys underestimate Mario quite a bit. I am mostly referring to anyone who thinks SMG will sell less than 10m.

In fact I think the odds of SMG selling >40m are about the same as its odds of selling
