Forums - PC Discussion - PC Discussion: Unreal Tournament 3 PC Requirements Announced

gamingdevil, you should check out some prices. Even if you're not a big PC gamer, your PC performs a ton better with a dual core, and you can get a good processor for cheap now.

Bet with disolitude: Left4Dead will have a higher Metacritic rating than Project Origin, 3 months after the second game's release.  (hasn't been 3 months but it looks like I won :-p )

Well i found one at the cheap price of 300 Euros so i don't think i'll buy it anytime soon. And i'm hardly a PC gamer, all that's installed is Lineage 2 I'm just really interester in UT.

Wow i just found some cheap ones it seems the prices have gone WAY down since June.

I have a Celeron processor at 2.80 GHz does anyone know if this one "INTEL DUAL CORE E2160 1.80 GHZ LGA775 - 800 FSB - BOX" will be any better?

a touch of overclocking will be needed but yes, easily if it was a 2.0GHz

Another interesting thing, is that they didn't mentioned requirements for Direct3D 10. How would this game perform on a 8400 or X2400?

Aah yet another game that my PC I payed $800 for almost a year ago smashes. And here I thought it was too expensive to be a PC gamer =)
