But it didn't translate to much of a hardware boost, did it?

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

why would it sell hardware? alot of people who got a Wii wanted it becasue of Wii Sports, so the people buying Wii Sports Resort in droves already have Wiis

Monster Hunter 3 on the other hand...

That's it?...I expected better!

MH3 being bundled with the Wii is going to be what saves the Japanese market. I know I want a black Wiimote.

Ask stefl1504 for a sig, even if you don't need one.

It always seemed to me that the logic behind the japanese market meant that new titles = more sales, no matter the logic of who should be buying a console for that title.

i dont know why WSR didnt move wii's but
i am sure a game like mh3 will move Wii's , seeing how that fanbase isn't on wii yet

hello how are you.

I don't see why WSR would sell many Wiis. Most people assume the Wii does what WM+ adds anyway so all they see is another Wii Sports game. If the first one didn't sell them a Wii why would a 2nd? A few would know the difference and we see those few now buying Wiis.

Monster Hunter 3 is another matter altogether because that brings in a different breed of gamer altogether. Shame it doesn't use WM+ but that'd get really tiring anyway.
