@ papflesje: I don't think they have financial difficulties, they just said this project was so expensive it could cripple them if it doesn't sell. I'd like to buy this for my laptop, but besides RTS games I don't like gaming on a PC. I hope they make a PS3 port.

Wow and I didn't knew this...  They told me the guys from Appeal went to Ubisoft.  Also kind of funny that Germans know the companies better =p.

10tacle has been closed last year, financial problems with their parent company or something. And now there's the possibility Larian will go bankrupt as well

Yep, the (still) rising costs of game development is pushing a lot of developers to the brink of financial doom in many European countries. If Larian doesn't bring in enough to invest in a new game then it could be game over or shovelware duty.
