What makes TF2 TF2 the weapons and the intro or GAME MECHANICS? The intro looks "similar" but is not the same. Also, which two shooters don't have similar weapons?

If the game mechanic is the same then it is a rip off, otherwise the story is false, created to generate traffic to their site. Yellow journalism at its worst.
