I used to love this series but i do think it has lost it's way somewhat with only marginal improvements in the last few years. I say this having not played the Wii version though which i have heard good things about.

I´m a big fan of the series since the ps one , but PES is stopped in time over the last two years. I just hope PES 2010 brings something real new. Anyway, Fifa is not a good game, always give it a chance year after year ( don´t buy it, borrow from a friend), but never like it. Even This is football from ps2 was better than Fifa.

PES/Winning Eleven Turned shit a long time ago and this coming from a guy who bought every version of Winning Eleven since Winning Eleven 1997 on the PSX. FIFA Street is far more realistic than that arcady crap called PES 08/09

I still haven't found a football game that I enjoyed as much as Winning Eleven 6&7 on the PS2, those were the golden days.

I will give the demo a try though along with the FIFA 2010 demo. I'm leaning towards FIFA since it has become the better game in recent years.

Up until WE07 I always thought WE had better gameplay than fifa but the tables have turned in my opinion. Fifa on PS3 was alot better than PES since 08 in my opinion. I just find PES to be a lil to arcady for my tastes

100% agree. PES 2008 was a little disaster.

The next one looks good but can the gameplay live up to it.
