Why bother with wireless? Get a wired network through your power plugs which is both faster and more stable for the same price as the Xbox 360 wireless adapter. ($85) Then once you've ditched the POS which is the PS3's wireless connection (not fast enough to stream from the next room) you'll be angry that the Xbox 360 users didn't have to pay for that waste of space.

You can repair your ps3 at a cheaper price too. Go to a chinese mall and get it repaired for less money.

LOL I'm sure the 360 can be fixed for cheaper as well (not that you have to worry about it as its FREE for the first 3 years.

At the end of the day this artical hinges on the reapir box. And that doesn't make the 360 cost more.

I paid 127 pounds for the 360 (in May) , so i dont think so...

Bought a HardDrive last month, i dont need a HDMI cable since i dont have HD TV and i dont give damn about Multiplayer so i dont have to buy Xbox live. The only annoying thing about it is lack built in WI-FI  (still dont have an adapter)

What's great about Microsoft console that a basic unit costs so cheap, and it enables you to slowly and progressivly add too it. I could never afford spending 299 Pounds on a PS3 at the moment, and with Xbox i can buy whatever i need when i have money.

One can not say that these numbers are incorrect, these numbers are correct but under certain conditions, so lets break it down to more specific conditions shall we, I will remove the repair cost as both systems can break, so here are the numbers:-

^ In this situation the Pro is cheaper than the 40GB PS3, but the both premium versions are the same.

^ In this situation the cheaper SKU's are cost the same, but the Elite is 49.99 more expensive than the 80GB PS3.

^ In this situation, both the Pro and Elite are more expensive to the 40GB and 80GB PS3.

Well these number speak for them selves based on the situations, one can clearly see that if you want everything then both the Pro and Elite cost more than their PS3 counter parts, however, the 360 Pro can also be the cheapest but as the sacrifice of wireless and Live gold membership, while the PS3 seems to remain in the middle despite offering wireless and online.

Obviously numbers can be manipulated every which way, but I think I've got a more informative break down that takes certain conditions into account, rather than generalise, and if I'm wrong, then by all means correct me.
