I paid 127 pounds for the 360 (in May) , so i dont think so...
Bought a HardDrive last month, i dont need a HDMI cable since i dont have HD TV and i dont give damn about Multiplayer so i dont have to buy Xbox live. The only annoying thing about it is lack built in WI-FI (still dont have an adapter)
What's great about Microsoft console that a basic unit costs so cheap, and it enables you to slowly and progressivly add too it. I could never afford spending 299 Pounds on a PS3 at the moment, and with Xbox i can buy whatever i need when i have money.
