Whats the point of in game xmb without a friend list?

Mmmm... to check the download manager or switch between games and quicker? I don't know. I just find the idea of a friends list kinda wierd on PSP. Battery life is already short, it get's extremely short when you're using the wifi, you won't have much time to play on the Go.

The only way I could see it working is if we can access network settings in-game and set-up a connection to "Check-on" our friends list, that's about it. Network heavy activities just seem more suited to stationary systems or atleast portables that don't leave home much. :S

Around the Network

Interesting. Both Nintendo and Sony now have released upgraded versions of their handhelds, but have yet to take advantage of that power.

The GBC was pretty successful using this sort of thing. Was basically a color GB with a faster Z80 in it. Wonder if Nintendo's going to release and GBC style DSi-only or DSi-enhanced games...

they probably put a bigger battery.

the UMD Case removed a bigger one fits. also its built in,

a technique used by some companies (APPLE) to make devices lighter and smaller and mp3 player makers.

It's probably equally cheap to produce, yet it makes games run slightly smoother. Remember, the PSP-2000 has more RAM than the original PSP? Well, we still don't have any games than don't work on the original PSP-1000. It could be the same with PSP go.
