a couple days ago i was excited about buying NMHDS but now not so much, this game went from a first day purchase to just waiting to pick up a cheap copy from amazon that would mean the the money i spend on this game will not go to suda 51. this is just a big slap in the face to all of us wii owners i will not support this company anymore.

he should have at least waited for the game to release and then say No More Wii

No More Heroes is a Wii franchise, he can't expect as to buy the game so happy when thinking the next one won't be for Wii

actually i think people are just mad/hurt that the series isn't gonna be on the Wii anymore, i know i am :(

i usually don't post my every thought in a forum, but if i was the type of person who posts their every thought/emotion i'm sure i would have tried to make it like i didn't even like the game in the first place, so that it would seem like i didn't care that it wouldn't be on the wii anymore (even though i do care, and it makes me sad).

I really think people are reading too much into this.  This game isn't coming out until Spring 2010.  That mean NMH 3 probably wouldn't' be released until Spring 2012.  By then we could have a Wii 2, or Xbox Next though I doubt the PS4 would be released by then...  Or this could mean that he is ready to move on to another game, not necessarily that he is moving NMH to PS3 or 360...

Actually, I was under the impression that he is working on a game with Hideo Kojima for 360 or possibly PS3 in the near future and I doubt its No More Heroes...  Probably more like Snatcher...

Another game none of you card about until this?

Get the games for the platforms you like. If you want him to make for the wii/ds, buy games for wii/ds. If you want to boycott 360 games, then do so. If you boycott wii/ds games in protest of a possible 360 title in the future, that is just a way to encourage no more games for the wii/ds from him in the future.

I hope you realize how childish that sounds. Not buying a game you want because the developer said something about trying another console. Especially considering that it might be a next generation console(or maybe even next generation Handheld) he is speaking of.

I hope you realize that i really don't care. i refuse to fund no more heroes 3 for the x-box 360 and i hope other wii owners feel the same way.

But won't you feel like a jackass if he just meant moving on to the next Nintendo console or the DS?  Will you buy two copies then to make up for it?

Well I don't want to impose my ideals, but I have to say that I buy games I want because I want them and if I decide not to it is either because I'm not capable of buying it, or I don't want it. I NEVER decide not to buy a game because of something a developer says(unless it is relating to the specific game, this counts vice versa as well), or try to harm the developers financial status(which I know doesn't work) because of this. It sounds like a really spiteful and sad thing to do over something that is suppose to be carefree and a hobby to many. I don't really care what you do though.
