RE 5 was a good game. That's it. A GOOD GAME. Not amazing. Didnt meet many RE fans expectations.

Dead Rising 2 being developed by a different company than the first game. Do they think handing this over to Western devs is really going to help it?

Bionic Commando was a critical and sales FAILURE. A huge failure. Remember when you could buy a CAPCOM game and know it's going to be solid without even having to read reviews. Not any more.

Street Fighter 4...my favorite game this gen.... has the WORST NET CODE EVER. Is Capcom behind with the whole online thing? I love SF4 but the matchmaking and simply finding a match is pathetic.

Dark Void...meh. Looks like Bionic Commando with a jet pack.

Lost Planet 2...will probably be a good game but nothing groundbreaking. Will probably sell similar to the first LP game which is only decent for a big Capcom game.

The last DMC was a disappointment to most fans.

CAPCOM lost a lot of there top developers/producer. This explains why RE5 was so different from past RE games.

Anyone else put this into perspective and think the same as me? CAPCOM is slipping. They are not the powerhouse that they used to be.

also, what's up with CAPCOM not even releasing the FULL GAMES when you pay $70 for it?

You then have to go on XBL or PSN and pay for stuff that is ALREADY ON THE DISC. (SF4 costumes, RE5 mp mode)

Capcom is hardly slipping.  They are the only Japanese editor doing so well in the transition to the new gen.

These last years, they gave us new IPs like Lost Planet, Dead Rising, Phoenix Wright, Zack and Wiki and Monster Hunter. 

They also gave us very good sequels to Devil May Cry, Resident Evil and Street Fighter.

Many ppl consider the DMC and RE sequels disappointing actually.

I do not own a Wii or DS.... therefore I wont comment on games I have not played.

Capcom is actually doing alot better than before.

I many be wrong, but i think he was more referring to Capcom not supporting the 2 leading consoles/handhelds with the big titles like they have with the 360/ps3.

Hmmm, what's wrong with Bionic Commando? I know it didn't sell well, but that's just because people don't recognize good games when they see them nowadays... Or because the controls are soooo hard to get used to (lol, yeah right), they need someone to hold their hands through the whole game. Gimme a break!

And your point with the online for Street Fighter 4 is new to this generation. Let them get used to the online stuff, they're just adapting.

Capcom is one of the few companies that keep delivering this generation. I don't see what's wrong with their new games. The only thing they're not giving me is a new Mega Man X, but I can forgive them because they brought us Mega Man 9 and Bionic Commando Rearmed...!
