I can see some similarities from watching the pictures. The eyebrows, mouth and head shape being the most alike.
I didn't see more pictures of both of them so my opinion may be biased for the expressions they make on them...

Yea he does look like Bruno, he is just trying to act cool in his pic by squinting his eyes, Ive done it myself.
