DS: Pokemon Platinum (Suspect Spirit Tracks or Scriblnauts might supplant this)
Wii: Punch Out (Suspect WSR or NSMBWii might supplant this)
WiiWare: FFIV: The After Years (I'm a sucker for Final Fantasy)
iPhone: Zenonia (Star Defense came close but Zenonia still wins, not sure what's coming out this year that could supplant this)

Currently dreaming of: DKC4 or Sonic the Hedgehog 4 (classic 2D platformers) for WiiWare, Smash Bros. for DSi, New Super Mario World for DSi, a Wii remake or true sequel of Final Fantasy Tactics.

One down, hopefully more awesomeness to come.

I haven't bought many new releases from this year, because, frankly, this has been a pretty meh year so far.

PS3: Killzone 2
Wii: Punch-Out!! or Conduit (I haven't spent enough time on Conduit, but so far, it's MP is really fun)
360: Haven't bought any 2009 360 games (Halo Wars is the only major exclusive I can think of)
PSP: Resistance 2
DS: Probably Chinatown Wars, but I haven't bought it yet

Overall, I think Killzone 2 is probably the best game released so far this year. There haven't been too many big-name games released so far. :-/ Just KZ2, RE5 and SF4, pretty much.
