When videogames promise self-improvement, then people jump all over them. Want to know a major reason for Wii Fit doing what it is? That is why. Core maniacs needs to grasp this, so they stop desiring to throw stuff because people refuse to make pad controller games top sellers.

So, you want videogames like those in Back to the Future 2, where you control them with your mind?  With videogames you DO move.  You move your hands and fingers.

Seriously....I remember at an arcade. Some guy was playing DDR...and he was absolutely flogging it. He was just about drenched. There are people at the gym that don't sweat that much after a cardio workout. The reason DDR is intense is because it combines small jumps (like Skipping...the stuff Boxers do)...with leg movements, which pumps a lot of blood around...burning energy like crazy.
