I may be in the minority, but I'll still do my best as a consumer, and put pressure against Ubisoft to meet my demands and needs, and if they can't meet it, I'll simply not buy the product, and they'll lose a customer.

I might be in the minority, and who knows, the game might appeal to more people and may sell better, but I can only do what little power I had in the beginning and "whine" just like everyone else "whined" that the game was too hard and technical stealth, and demanded for action.

You guys are getting what you want by doing the exact same thing I'm doing now, "whining". That's how life works, that's how our economy works, and that's how we keep moving forward, by competition, conflict, and discussion. So stop using immature name calling and wordplay to keep me from putting my own input.

And I do read the pros and cons... that's exactly what a review is made up of. What, did you think I just looked at the score and bought it? It's just that the reviewers over hype the positives, and downplay or don't mention the negatives.

the game looks different from the other SC games. But it still looks very good and i will be picking it up.

Pages? Don't you think you're exagerating a little tiny bit much? I don't think it's possible to write "pages". See, again, with the fucking word play.

If you want me to respond to the rest of your last post, then fine, I had to stop writing because I was about to head to Michigan for my orientation, so sorry for not being able to finish it.

Of course my criticisms and suggestions are catering to me, they're my fucking personal opinions. What am I? A representative for other people's opinions? You're saying that because I'm saying what I want out of the producers, that I'm whiney? So are reviewers "whiney" because they're giving their personal assesments and constructive criticisms and suggestions?

Again, I might be in the minority. But, there's nothing from with me alone asking a company catering to my demands, just like a bunch of other invidividuals before me asked Ubisoft to cater to them and change the game into what it is now.

You're having a double standard, you're using word play like some PR agent or attorney, to criticize my simple act of giving my honest opinion. People were giving their honest opinions, saying they wanted action, and now that it's happened, they're giving positive responses. But you don't say that they're being self centered do you?

My parent's house has a Wii, I have a PS3, and the Arcade is 199 only midway through this gen. I can't wait until it's near the end of this gen, so I can play all the big games of this gen.

 

Well of course it sounds like I want to create the game myself, since my criticisms are what I want out of the game, and my wishes are what I want in it. Criticisms and suggestions are pretty much what you say, our "Wah!"s. Do you wish for people to stop criticizing and suggesting?

 

Don't get me wrong, I hope I'm proven wrong. But I have been dissapointed in Ubisoft this gen, so badly, and they were my favorite developer last gen. It's weird, as soon as this gen started they just hit some brick wall and became crappy.

Far Cry 2 sucked. DA for the current gen sucked. Assassin's Creed sucked. The new PoP (I fucking loved PoP last gen) was reviewed mediocrely and looks different.

I wish people that critize and have suggestions for a game before it release to be ready to play when it hits shelves....

Yep, I bought Assassin's Creed, and GTA IV, and why? Because I trusted the reviewers and were absolutely betrayed by them. Are you arguing that Assassin's Creed is a good game to me, because many people bought it? Do you think that Pokemon is the best game? Wii Sports? I personally thought Assassin's Creed sucked, and there's nothing you can do to argue against it. You can't "disprove" that my opinions don't exist or anything, that's ridiculous.

And no, I'm not a Rainbow Six fan, I'm a Splinter Cell fan. If I want to play Rainbow Six, I'll buy Rainbow Six, not Splinter Cell.

And like I said, I'm going by what I'm seeing in the videos. That's the closest I can get before gameplay footage, and I'm only saying that I'm displeased with what I saw, and that I'm pessimistic, not that I know for a fact that the game is bad. I won't make a final judgement until I play it.

WOW....I don't know about AC..I only played the Demo....GTa IV was Solid!

Pokemon is a very Solid Breeding game.

Wii Sports is a Designated Killer app  (I don't know what the Bundle less sales are)

And All I said was that It's wierd that so many people Bought AC but one Person says it's sucks and now it's concrete evidence...Even went as far as saying that the Reviewers Lied...Again...Something said with "IMO" attached or Absent but implied is irrelavant....Your Opinion is meaningless in the overall scheme of things...

I think that it's obvious that I'm giving my personal opinion, there's no need to meticulously put IMO. Any rational person knows that whether a game sucks or not is subjective, and for anyone to think I was stating my opinions as objective facts is ridiculous. And what do you mean my opinion is meaningless in the overall scheme of things? You make it sound like there's something going on in the world or something, like some big fucking event is about to happen. What do you mean my opinion in meaningless? Because I'm a minority? Great, tell that to all the other minorities in the world. Is it because I'm giving an opinion about a game? Well then your opinions on this game is meaningless as well. Is it because you decided that everyone doesn't care about my opinions? You and others certainly cared enough to respond to me. And again, so fucking what, there's nothing wrong with me posting an opinion on a FORUM, even if you and everyone else doesn't care.

As for your last paragraph, I can't play all the games now, because I couldn't find a summer job yet and I'm going to be heading to college in a few months anyway. And of course there are games that I want to play on the 360, as much as I'm a fanboy for the PS3, that doesn't mean I'm going to be objective and fair when looking at a game for the 360 (a franchise that I played and loved last gen a LOT), and deny that the 360 is a gaming console that has games.

Here, I'll outline my worries:

1. It seems Sam can take a shit load of health and be able to handle straight up combat (Which someone adressed already, by stating that there'll be an Hard mode where Sam can only take 2 shots)

2. I'm a bit dubious about the trace and shoot, as I think that it can allow players to breeze past most parts. (I myself said that I loved the possible stealth applications, like using the trace and shoot to target a light bulb)

3. Lack of gadgets, Sam doesn't even use the optical cable, but a shard of glass. I haven't played the PSP SC game, but if I my memorry is correct, doesn't he meet up with Grim? So maybe later in the game we'll get to see Sam wear his trade mark goggles?

I don't see why everyone is up in arms about Akvod. He is just stating his opinion. Arguing with him over something like that makes these forums a very hostile place and could make it where people do not want to be a member.

That big Event happens to be in the gaming Industry and and the Xbox 360 is the system to have when Splinter Cell : Conviction comes out....The fact that your on this website talking about it...should show you how big it's impact has been.

Everyone is practically disagreeing with you....In this thread you multiple disscussions going...So I would say no cares about your views on this particular matter...

1. Yes...If you would spend less time talking about videos meant to display Gameplay Fluidity/Graphics and/or Features and Read up on what Ubisoft is saying about the game...

2.Like I said Before it's not a Win Button...In Rainbow Six Vegas 2 You can Tag People which works well becuase you have to sneak up on people to tag..Meaning..If you did not see the person you can not tag them...So hence where you have to be good at stealth...

3.The story would have takke the direction to where he goes back to 3rd Echlon....There is a Cut Scene which is not CGI! View in a follow up post.
