No, despite questionable quality spikes in the downward direction, Sega still makes money on the blue blur and he's still largely seen as their mascot.
Pixel Art can be fun.
the last good sonic game they made was Sonic Rush which was 4 years ago at this point they should give it to nintendo

Sonic and the Black Knight had some amazing levels after the initial tutorial/beginning levels. The gameplay was fast, involved a little puzzle solving, and was just really fun overall. I could only think as I was shooting through some of those later levels bashing enemies in my path and jumping over obstacles and the like that Sega had done a terrific job of transitioning Sonic.
Sure the game's first levels sucked, boss battles were awful, and the plot was cheesy... but if you look beyond those flaws the actual Sonic game was excellent.
If anything, Sega needs to take the best elements of that game and go forward with them. I know that Sega is capable of making a great Sonic game because Black Knight gave me a glimpse of what it could look like and just how much fun it can be.
What will nintendo do if they made it?

Sonic has not been Sonic for sometime on consoles. Never played The Black Knight though. Secret Rings or w/e it was I bought,hated it, and gave it away. Next time i play a console Sonic game will be when I hear lots of people enjoying it again.
I never got into sonic.
Everyone needs to play Lost Odyssey! Any opposition to this and I will have to just say, "If it's a fight you want, you got it!"
