Oh wow. The avatar that the uploader for this video has is from BlazBlue, the character Taokaka. This one has awesome tastes.

BTW, it looks to be a hack. You need a hacked box and a way to upload to your mem card. Which is good because I have both

According to his description,he just used a hex editor to mess with the save file.I guess if Namco Bandai wanted to give us x360 owners Flynn,it would literally be a few lines of code.

Maybe it's DLC? But i doubt it i do really want to play flynn he's awesome:(

I doubt it.The Flynn that the youtube video guy is using is the same Flynn that doesnt have his mystice arte.If it was dlc i think Namco would give us his complete skill set.Either way,I would still like to play as Flynn,complete or not.
