Oh wow. The avatar that the uploader for this video has is from BlazBlue, the character Taokaka. This one has awesome tastes.
BTW, it looks to be a hack. You need a hacked box and a way to upload to your mem card. Which is good because I have both 
GOTY Contestants this year: Dead Space 2, Dark Souls, Tales of Graces f. Everything else can suck it.
