Yes, but in Chinese it's Shiu Hu Zuan or something like that. And I'm sure I'm totally correct in how it's pronounced in Japanese...since I can speak it.

what I'm trying to say is that I can look at Japanese writing and pronounce it Japanese or sometimes Chinese, but the Chinese one is still wrong =P.

Now I am confused ...

I always pronounced it Sue- ee- Ko-Den until a few weeks ago when I was told (onthis forum) that the "i" in Suikoden is silent and it should be pronounced "Sue-Ko-Den".

However, the video posted by Xeta has 2-3 different variations. Suikoden 3, 5 and tactics are all pronounced differently.

Well, whoever told you that is very wrong. The "i" is not silent. The correct pronounciation is as you always pronounced it
