In my opinion we have to blame the bureaucracy because of all the different countries

On consoles, I've only seen SCE do that so far.

Nintendo Wii as far as I know only support 6 languages for games: English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch.

I am not certain if some 3rd parties have additional languages.

Can't say, most of my games come from the US.

SCE has KZ2 in Russian, and God of War 2 as well... no Greek in GoW 2 though :P

I'm of Russian lineage, so its pretty fun playing games in your native tongue sometimes.
