Moving soon and have to order a new ISP. Any suggestions? I play PS3 online and download big torrents. Not much uploading. 3 pcs at home. All interet connected. Any help is appreciated. I'm in the States. New York.

Can you also tell me which one is better: 1) Time Warner/Roadrunner or 2) Cablevison Optimum

I use time warner, no complaints, very few outages, never used Cablevision.

I use Verizon Fios. It's pretty good. I tried Optimum one time but I didn't like it plus Cablevision kept cutting off my internet on certain times which pissed me off. I never tried TW/or RR so I don't have an opinion on that.

Really, none of them are great, they mostly act in near monopolies where only 1 company owns the cables so they can screw customers as much as they want.

I hear better things about Time Warner than Cablevision, but i'm in a Cox area.
