Technically, the Wii could be Batman. At least its gadgets work.......(low blow, I know) When I saw it was The Joker I was kind of put off, but the explanation for it wasn't rude.

But seriously, the 360 is the new entry into the console wars (Joker), neither company could really touch it. The Wii is Batman, because despite all that it does, it can never...really...win with the people ("hardcore"). At least it saved gaming somewhat.

The analogy pretty much falls flat with the Wii to Joker comparison. Most people hated the Joker. In the movie, the only people who really liked him were a couple of goons, who most likely joined him so that they could wear red lipstick and white makeup and put pantyhose over their heads.

I can see the comparison between The Dark Knight and videogames as a whole though. The Dark Knight was incredibly popular and loved by the vast majority of people, but a small group of snooty elitist critics kept it from being fully recognized for its quality.

I like it. Actually this is a good analogy.

I wouldn't say it sucked but it was definitely overrated.

As for the comparisons with the consoles, it's kind of a stretch, like someone was trying waaaaay to hard to make them make sense.
