what's the point in making sequel to the game that is based on user created content and level editor? it would be even worse than with GH games were mostly we are given few new tracks that would be easily released as DLC, but we have to pay 60-100$ for it.

what they can do in a sequel that can't be done by making DLC? NOTHING, NADA, ZERO.

They can do alot of things, like they can make a 3D platformer with also a level creator.  Is that possible with DLC? Did you think of that?   No of course not,  all you saw was the PS3 getting another exclusive game and you thought you would come in here and bash it before anyone could get excited about it.  So, just GTFO of the Sony forums, cause the only thing NOTHING, NADA, ZERO refers to is your intelligence

wow you got him!

OT: yea it be bad if they made another LBP with new levels because there is a level editor. but make it 3d like some have said with better features then that would be cool.

LBP 2 would be stupid especially with the amount of new content we get everyday in the original. It's good to hear MM is working on a new project though I hope it reaches the sales and acclaim that LBP did.

It's not LittleBigPlanet 2. Probably something completely different, in the "Play Create Share" genre.

If it is LBP2, it had better be 3D (LittleBigGalaxy? )

Please don't post threads with misleading titles.

Just call it 'next MM project'.

This.

I'd suffice it to say that it's not LittleBigPlanet at all but an entirely new game.  Just because they ask applicants to know how to code physics and have experience working with games that are online?  Tell me what game DOESN'T require those 2 things.  I could only name a handful.

About LBP: I dont think its necessary to have a LBP sequal since the original LBP offers enough. A handheld LBP is more suitable and understanding however.

why would i want LBP 2? I didnt even completed all comunity levels in LBP 1

LBP 2 would be bad. It would totally destroy the good friendly reputation of MM. Thousands of lvls are being created everyday, LBP will live as long as the people who play it make lvls.

I will put my 2 cents that it's a platformer like R&C or Super Mario Galaxy.

Either would be great, but not LBP 2.

I hope it's something new. I would prefer developers like Team ICO, PixelJunk and Media Molecule to continue developing new, interesting IPs rather than rehash the same old ones all the time.
