Words Of Wisdom said: If someone answers a question and fulfills a request can the info be sent via forum PM to the requesting person? This is much akin to the "You have new wall posts" feature that simply lets you know that it was taken care of.
Also, if you don't like the answer someone gives, can you re-open your question or do you have to re-request it again and again until you get an answer that helps you?

Right now you have to re-request work. We have a few options, and our current setup seems to be the best, but I'm sure we can improve on it. My thoughts on the system are.
1) user requests help, and only the submitter or db admins can delete the request (actually not a horrible idea now that I type it out)
2) the request can only be deleted by db admins.
3) the request is auto-cleared when an appropriate cheat is submitted (walkthough for a walkthough, or FAQ for a FAQ)
The problem with 1 & 2 is that the queue could become very backed up and we were thinking of having an auto-delete after a few months, but not sure how great that would be either.
