in Extras I add the description of the achievement/trophy/challenge or how to get it? (I think it's the former but I thought I should ask..)
the words above were backed by NUCLEAR WEAPONS!

The extras should display just like on your console. So points/type, title, description. The three checkboxes are for special conditions that must be met. So if you need to be online to get the trophy or whatever.

There are a few games that require a camera to unlock the achievement. It probably won't be used very often, but it may start becoming popular again with natal and sony's motion controls which both use cameras.

another thing: some PC games feature GFWL achievements, I don't know what you guys can do about it, but right now you cannot add points to them too

When I wrote the specs for the system for talonman, I wasn't aware that achievements existed on other systems besides X360/XBL/PS3/PSN, so we only implimented it for those. We made it flexible so we can extend it to other systems, but right now it was only intended for those systems. Mega Man 9 has acheivements for WiiWare, but I figured 1 game didn't deserve implimenting a new feature, so games like that should have their "achievements" listed under unlockables. It is definitely a possibility to extend the capabilities to other systems that support achievements.

some of these requests are so, unspecific. someone just asked for a walkthrough for Prof. Layton and Pandora's Box. His description was "console:DS" seriously, isn't there a way to delete these requests if you don't want em?
There, I deleted it. Just report it to a DB admin, no need to make a fuss
