So I see it is also your first time playing FFVII.  I am only 4 hours in but I am finding it really good so far.  When you have the chance, get FFX.  Great game with a wonderful story, memorable characters, a fast paced battle system, etc.

FF VII starts out madly, terrificly well, but I find it lacking and dragged out toward the middle...

I've only played FF VII and X but out of those two VII wins by a mile.
VII has the better story, the atmosphere, the characters (character design in X was bad, in some cases just awful, IMO) and I didn't feel anything for any of the characters in X.
X has the sphere thing instead of levels, which I liked though.

But in the end it's a massacre win for VII.

BTW, I'm curious, why those three games?

Appearantly alot of things... Zexen has been claiming that quite a few things are wrong with me

I haven't really been looking at the clock but I'm still pretty early in, perhaps 5 hours. I would point out what I'm currently doing in the story but I might spoil something. I'll be on the look out for FFX, shouldn't be too hard at all to find in the US, I can't buy it here in the bahamas because I'll be coughing up 60+ dollars... yes... 60!

though to be fair you did say SQUARE-ENiX and so since only KH2 was made by SE and the rest by SquareSoft.

KH2 wins on a technicality :P

I don't think there are "quite a few things" wrong with you. At least not as many as other users....

But you seriously need to watch Code Geass and finish Suikoden 1
