is this a joke list? sorry but uncharted doesn't measure up to MGS4, RE5, or Gears of War 2.

How can a game released in late 2007 look better than games released a year or more later?

As for Killzone 2...I could probably agree with that. Some of the levels far surpass any of the graphics in the other games but it's a shame that from that list, it was easily the least enjoyable game. MGS4 and RE5 are my personal favourites out of that list - fun and visually stunning.

Uncharted 2 will surely be on future lists though. From the beta, it's shaping up very well.

Pretty reasonable choices, but your "position" on the forum might hurt your credibility lol.

It's stated in both the first post and the article. The list only contains games that are released.

First off there is no real-time ray tracing in any game on any system. Real-Time Ray tracing is probable 2 generations away I would say.

Other than that, Good list, but I disagree with Uncharted and MGS.  Uncharted was nothing really special except for the water effects.  Uncharted 2 will probable take its place on this list IMO.  So far that game looks stellar.  As for MGS the only thing that is impressive to me was the character models.  Other than that, a lot of the textures were lacking and the environments were kinda of bland. 

Graphics isn't everything.
