Do you think Magna Carta 2 will be the next great jrpg? Will is provide us jrpg fans with a great story, compelling characters, a fun combat system, great music and stunning visuals? Will it be the jrpg this gen has been needing?

No I do not, because the original Magna Carta was below average at best and I don't see the sequel improving enough to meet what you just said.

OT: I've never played Magna Carta before. Magna Carta 2, from the videos looks quite good. The graphics could use some work, but the gameplay looks fun.



GOTY Contestants this year: Dead Space 2, Dark Souls, Tales of Graces f. Everything else can suck it.

Nope, it will be around average. Best bet is good game. Wait is until FFXIII and outside the huge JRPG franchises (DQ, FF., KH) it will be most likely be the next SMT.
