Forums - Nintendo - The Conduit enters Amazon's top 100 video games

There we go!

Former something....

I thought there were commercials on TV for the game? I know there is a lot of internet hype and don't think #61 is something to be proud of at this point. Maybe if it was in the top 25.

You cant compare God of War with The Conduit

God of War 3 is part of a million seller franchise, more than 5 years old and with a movie deal in the mix.

The conduit.. is just the conduit. A mature-oriented FPS on the Nintendo Wii.

If it's not even in the top 20, it's insignificant data. I hope you realize just how far from reality Amazon generally is.

It's not on the amazon.ca top 100 though (#179).

We have to keep in mind that there is NO reason to buy The Conduit on Amazon, the pre-order on Gamestop has a lot of good stuff, if the game is at 61° on amazon, we have to think about the sales on Gamestop, this is the point of the thread.

But Gow 3 aint out until March...so.....

It's meaningless, just like Amazon rankings always are. Just wait a week or two and you'll know how the game did.

So? The majority of sales won't be from preorders anyways. And unless we have actual data from Gamestop, it's just speculation about their preorder numbers based on rankings on Amazon.

Fairly pointless.
