Are you serious, Squilliam? Sometimes it's hard to tell with you >_>

Yeah, it was just an idea I had.

I don´t wanna be a prick but shouldn´t there be a questionmark in the title of the thread? It feels misleading. I went into it thinking it was a fact, I´m easy to fool sometimes ha ha.

You are not a prick.  I like you Squil, but misleading thread is lame.

It was an accident, my Apple keyboard has the ? button next to the Enter button.

most non sense thread ever

seriously,

they need GT5 right now to counter Xbox360 arcade 200$/180euros + forza3 this Xmas

If they fail this Xmas, it will be too late for the PS3

Time to Work !

I actually think it's an interesting theory. What's wrong with speculation?

Also, it's got a lot less doom and gloom in it than most of Squilliam's threads that start "That's just what I believe."

*edit*

though I do agree that Sony should be thinking about how to pull off a good holiday season!

Doesn't make sense to me. A release this year to drive sales over Holiday season makes a lot more sense to me.

It would be better for Sony to bring the controllers, and new specific titles using them, to market after FFXIII and GT, together with a price cut in time for the Holidays, have driven a big boost in install base, particularly in Japan/Others.

That way they then have a really good base to launch the controllers to.

Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...

made this just for the vg$ eh

I'm not so sure about this Squilliam.

The Sony Mote will probably be delayed though.

this doesn't make sense. but i guess GT5 will be Sonys answer to Mario Kart in terms of gameplay if they would do that.

It's more likely they'll bundle it with a Hots Shots game rather than hindering their biggest IP.

Besides, the controller would work better with a golf or tennis game anyway.

If they were to push the peripheral with a racer, it'd probably be something a bit more arcade-y like Mod Nation Racers.
