Thats good, we dont want any second rate stealth games on the PS3

One 2nd rate stealth game is enough for any platform.

Please don't insult Metal Gear, what has it ever done to you?  Metal Gear FTW, and it is better then SC for my money.

I doubt your money is what Ubisoft is going for with SC:Conviction.....

PS3=MGS
360=Splinter Cell

The next MGS game is expected to release on the XBOX 360 along with the ps3

mM

Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Double Agent sold 0.17 on PS3 and 1.14 on 360. I guess they won't be wasting their time on PS3 version.

Im guessing if theres a big enough difference in the sales of Rising then the next entry in the main series will be exclusive. It happened with Splinter Cell it can happen with MGS

Black Women Are The Most Beautiful Women On The Planet.

"In video game terms, RPGs are games that involve a form of separate battles taking place with a specialized battle system and the use of a system that increases your power through a form of points.

Sure, what you say is the definition, but the connotation of RPGs is what they are in video games." - dtewi

At least *some* companies still have their dignity. But then again, nobody is gonna throw stones at them because it's on the Xbox. DMC, Final Fantasy, Tekken, GTA, all had "links of heart" with Playstation platforms, but when they were announced multiplatform, it was deemed as "smart" and would help "reach the widest audience".

I guess that doesn't apply here with Splinter Cell to Xbox fans (seems like its 2007 again, where basically Xbox fans indirectly said 'Xbox should get all the exclusives, PS3 should get none'). But still, I like that Ubisoft doesn't go back on their word.
