Eurogamer said Forza3 doesn't looks as photo realistic as GT5P.

It doesn't matter what they think about the games, whats important is that they are one single good source of properly calibrated lossless ingame images and videos and they are likely to give pictures with similar angles etc taken from real gameplay.

So now it doesn't matter. hah.

So much for the only source you trust.

???? They are only one voice. Besides it would feel hypocritical of certain PS3 fans for them to only trust Eurogamers opinions when it suited them.

I trust their images/video and framerate analysis, I don't care what they say about the games. I can make my own judgement with a proper source.

Tease.

With racing games you have bull shots, in game bull shots and then what we like to call in the business 'reality shots'. The only source I trust here is Eurogamer, when they have the same game they will pull lossless images out and they will show the world what reality is. At present we have 'ever hopeful' and 'ever bashful' to keep us company and remind us how the worlds population of idiots is distributed.

Just for the record, I want the article where they said that, kanariya. Just so we can make that statement official.

GOTY Contestants this year: Dead Space 2, Dark Souls, Tales of Graces f. Everything else can suck it.

Here you go Shadowblind. This is the article he is talking about.

http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/forza-motorsport-3-hands-on?page=2

and the qoute he is referring too.

"Forza 3 looks a little less clinical that its predecessor - but still quite clinical, and despite Turn 10's confidence that it has the best-looking racing game in the world on its hands, it can't quite match GT5 Prologue's near-photorealism, GRID's bustling track drama or Need For Speed Shift's thrilling in-car view."

Thanks Oniichan. Well, I can't argue with Squill and Bmaker about Eurogamer's fidelity like I planned to...I always used to respect Eurogamer a good bit, but recently they've been spewing out some really stupid stuff.

i agree (mostly) forza 2 has the better physics system but GT5:P definatly wins in graphics. Why wouldnt it its 2 years newer. However Forza 3 looks better than both. Lets wait and see if GT5 actually looks much better than GT5:P then we can get all technical about the graphics

Long Live SHIO!

Finish every event would be hard especially with those races who can take 2 hours and longer =p.

Their opinions are one thing, but theres no other place to get properly calibrated lossless images of gameplay and theres no other place to get frame-rate analysis of current generation titles. It doesn't matter what you think of their opinions, the quality and technical expertise they show in relation to the media they offer is 2nd to none. If you want to know a video is representative of actual gameplay they are the only source I trust to deliver the highest quality.

I've been saying "Confirmed!" a lot lately, if only sarcastically lol, but if you believe this to be true then

GT5:P > Forza 3 CONFIRMED!

I still think Eurogamer sucks though...you just don't give 50: Blood of the Sand the same score as inFAMOUS

All review sites have issues... it doesn't really matter because in the end its all just someone elses opinion.
