I find it hilarious you accuse someone of always defending a platform, quite ironic. |
Nothing ironic about it, I didn't say it was a bad thing. I'm simply wondering why Shio posts the way he does.

umm no, its not the golden age but its going to be a very good time to be a gamer.
I think the golden age of gaming has been here since 2007, never in my life have I been as big of a gamer as I am now. Put me into the graphics, and story whore category. The medium is more engaging than ever. If only all these god game would come out more often in other quaters, oh well. Its good to enjoy the summer sun. Peace!!!

*Rings a bell* We have a winner here! Yes, the 16-bit era was THE pinnacle of gaming, through to even this day. While I prefer many of the SNES games, that's not to say that Genesis didn't have its gems also. Put the 2 together, add in the semi-early portable days, and you've got sheer bliss.

What's even funnier is that 9 out of your top 10 games are actually all much better on the PC and have a much better control system. Surely if you were such a big fan of those games you'd play the full versions instead of the betas. FPS on a console other than the Wii. LOL. Orange Box on ANY console. LMFAO.
As to golden age of gaming. No. Gaming will have a new golden age when TV builders and OS makers GTFO and leave gaming to games companies.

I defend it so much because so many people keep telling me that Pc gaming is dieing and there are no good Pc games. I tell them they're wrong/ignorant, simple as that. I atleast try to backup my stance with arguments and not stoop to the level of "lol ur wrong, im rite". Since there are more PC games than there are console games, and PC games are never as much advertised as consoles, it's understandable that the average PC game is much less known than the average console game. However it's STUPID to say that a game is shovelware/crap because you don't know the game, that is what I absolutely hate. The first thing most console gamers think is that a game is crap because they never heard about it. How can you jude a game if you never even heard about it?! |
Do you know what else is wrong and ignorant ?
This :

God i hate fanboys, almost as much as they hate facts

The best part of his sig is that Yathzee was basically making fun of the PC Elitist mentality.. its just that Shio doesn't get the joke...

2010 is like 2007, only bigger. Let's just say I'm going to buy a LOT of games next year.

lol. I think the wnole 2009 year is a one night stand of gaming. Like will anyone remember Resident Evil 5 like they did part 4 when part 6 comes out? |
Certainly yes, because that's the game I had the most fun playing 2 player co-op with my bro.
