Forums - Nintendo - When did you give up on Nintendo haters?

I'm sorry, but the fact that you started this thread tells me you haven't "given up" on Nintendo haters. You are obviously still trying to argue with them. Sorry try again.

I might just have to make an almost exact copy of this thread, except for Sony or Microsoft haters.

Nintendo haters are not a lost cause, you just need to find them something new to hate. Convince them that the PC is spreading casual gaming (it certainly has more casual games than any other console).

By this logic Wii haters should also hate the internet as a whole because it is chalk full of casual games that people (millions of people) play every second of every day <-- feel the hate build casual haters, and just think you use the internet, a lot, and your just helping to fuel the casual gaming beast :) ahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahaha

For that matter, the outdoors has too many casual games. They should boycott going outdoors!

Oh wait...I'm just being snarky at this point

To give up on them, wouldn't I first have to have any positive expectations for them in the first place?

You have to be joking... teh outdoors has way to awesome graphicz to be casual. And there is actual war in the outdoors - you know nothing obviously. WAR RULEZ!>!>!LA!A!111!!!1! > ANY CONSOLE GAME

Currently dreaming of: DKC4 or Sonic the Hedgehog 4 (classic 2D platformers) for WiiWare, Smash Bros. for DSi, New Super Mario World for DSi, a Wii remake or true sequel of Final Fantasy Tactics.

One down, hopefully more awesomeness to come.

No you didn't, you made a thread about them.

Uh, giving up on somebody doesn't mean you seal all thoughts about them away forever and erasing them from your memory. Nice try at thinking though, keep on practicing, eventually it comes naturally.

I'll give up on them whenever that post becomes funny.

Probably about the same time that bold colored fonts stop being ostentatious and obnoxius.

Nah-uh. I saw some really low-resolution paintings today, and there was this chubby kid who couldn't have been running more than 10 frames per second!

Think of all those casual Harry Potter readers destroying reading!

It's been increasingly difficult as of late, but I still haven't given up on Nintendo haters. I've hope that positivity can yet overcome vitriol.

For me probably around E3 this year. I realized some people will just blindly hate, inexplicably, no matter what, and will offer up whatever infantile logic they can muster to justify this hate.

What about you guys?

Hates a strong word I don't think anybody hates nintendo. Though I do think that alot of people think that Nintendo's current success is undeserved. Whatever... Peace!!!

I cannot give up on Nintendo haters ... because they bring different ideas to the table.
These different ideas can then be used against them as Nintendo converts them slowly through co-opting them.

Seriously though, if you don't listen to Nintendo haters, you never know when they have a point and when their statements are BS.
