Forums - Nintendo - When did you give up on Nintendo haters?

No you didn't, you made a thread about them.

Uh, giving up on somebody doesn't mean you seal all thoughts about them away forever and erasing them from your memory. Nice try at thinking though, keep on practicing, eventually it comes naturally.

Crusty VGchartz old timer who sporadically returns & posts. Let's debate nebulous shit and expand our perpectives. Or whatever.

This is a misleading counter post to the "when did you give up on Nintendo" post since there aren't any Nintendo fans who ever actually believed in or supported the anti-Nintendo vitriol.

It's like saying when did you stop agreeing with the policies of the GOP if you've been a Libertarian all your life.

People are free to whatever opinions they have, and even if Nintendo gave away free consoles to every single person on the planet, plenty still won't bother to use it.

E3 2006 when I saw the huge potential in what Nintendo was going to do and everyone was saying they would fail miserably.

I'll give up on them whenever that post becomes funny.

GOTY Contestants this year: Dead Space 2, Dark Souls, Tales of Graces f. Everything else can suck it.

lol casual.....bulls eye man

yep most Wii haters are casual HD players (ie graphic whores) that don't understand why the Wii is great for core gamers and casual gamers that don't need graphical porn :)

Currently dreaming of: DKC4 or Sonic the Hedgehog 4 (classic 2D platformers) for WiiWare, Smash Bros. for DSi, New Super Mario World for DSi, a Wii remake or true sequel of Final Fantasy Tactics.

One down, hopefully more awesomeness to come.

Since Hideo Kojima said that he would save the videogames from the brain and fitness games and all the groupies applauded..I realized that it was too much to really care about them anymore. Is like arguing with a wall.

Give up on them? They don't enter into my universe for me to give up on, I love gaming and games, so I love Nintendo. To hate Nintendo is to hate gaming, I don't care either way. People are free to deprive themselves all they want.

I might just have to make an almost exact copy of this thread, except for Sony or Microsoft haters.

Nintendo haters are not a lost cause, you just need to find them something new to hate. Convince them that the PC is spreading casual gaming (it certainly has more casual games than any other console).

By this logic Wii haters should also hate the internet as a whole because it is chalk full of casual games that people (millions of people) play every second of every day <-- feel the hate build casual haters, and just think you use the internet, a lot, and your just helping to fuel the casual gaming beast :) ahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahaha
