Forums - Nintendo - Tiger Woods PGA Tour 10 is hands-down the best Wii game I've played.

I just watched the review of the Wii version of TW on Gametrailers, and I'm really tempted to pick it up since it's gotten great word-of-mouth and praise from people who bought it as well.

I'm gonna hold off until the Conduit is released though to see how that game is and if it's worth making the purchase for the online MP, which is my #1 reason for wanting to buy it. These days I'm strapped for cash, not to mention I have a backlog of games waiting to be finished, so I gotta make some smart purchases and, unfortunately, pass up some good-looking games as well.

You know I was always wondering why no one ever used the dollar sign for $ony, but then I realized they have no money so it would be pointless.

Unless Sony invented human cloning you can't Miyamoto on the PS3.

Nah, they wait for Nintendo themselves to invent it; then they'll say "we've been working for this for years"

I'm seriously considering Grand Slam Tennis as well. I've read it's not true 1:1, but I think it looks amazingly addictive. I used to play Virtua Tennis ad nauseum and that was just with traditional controls.

Yeah, prepared to be frustrated at first.  Unlike TW which is immediately like you expect, you have to learn what GST (or to a lesser degree Virtua Tennis) is looking for in your swing.   Once you understand how to swing to get the swing you want it's a lot of fun.   But that can take a few hours to really get the muscle memory going.    However once you 'got' it you're set and the online is awesome.

That is according to various accounts.  I've yet to decide between GST or VT yet so I havn't tried it myself.

If you like soccer/football/futball, then Pro Evolution Soccer 2009 is by far a better experience than Tiger 10. And it is NOT an experience the Playstation 3 can even attempt.

If you do not care for soccer/football/futball, then please ignore my post.
